Trata, en muy pocas palabras, del expolio de los nazis en tiempos de Hitler y de cómo muchos de esos objetos aún no se encuentran de nuevo en manos de sus verdaderos dueños. La historia es buena y la interpretación de Helen Mirren soberbia. Pero, y pese a estar basada en hechos reales, la "suerte" por llamar así del abogado me crispaba un poco... muy del tipo: todo al final acaba saliendo bien.
No obstante, me quedo con la historia de la protagonista y las escenas sobre aquellos duros momentos de los judíos en la Segunda Guerra Mundial.
Mi puntuación sería un 7.
Woman in Gold is a movie that I found by serendipity while I was searching for another film to watch. I didn't know anything about it and let's say I liked the title very much.
The film is about the Nazi's plundering during Hitler's times, and how many of these objects haven't been returned to their owners yet. The plot is great and also is based on a true story. Moreover, Helen Mirren's role is magnificent.But, in other hand, I couldn't believe the great lucky of the attorney in every step of that long trial, more like a movie in which everything ends up happily than a real story.
Doubtlessly, what I liked the most was the story of the main character herself and the hard scenes from Second World War. Very, very touching.
Let's say that this this time, it will be a 7. ( I know I am so terrible scoring...)
