El hombre de acero/ Man of steel

Hoy traigo una nueva pelícua: la última película que se estrenó de Supermán: el Hombre dde acero, aunque ya tiene tres años puesto que se estrenó en 2013 y en muy poco tiempo se lanzará una nueva que enfrenta Superman con Batman.

Esta vez la película se centra en la vida adulta de este superhéroe interpretado por Henry Cavill. Este debe luchar contra un malvado enemigo procedente de su mismo planeta Cripton y que pretende destruir la Tierra para establecerse en ella puesto que Cripton dejó de existir el mismo día que Clark fue enviado a la Tierra y con él, desapareció también su población. Superman, con la ayuda de la reportera Lois, y los consejos de su padre muerto, deberá salvar a la humanidad una vez más y exponer sus poderes al mundo, algo que su padre terrestre nunca quiso.

Es una película de ciencia ficción sin más. Lo mejor de toda la película creo que es ver a Henry Cavill, que siempre alegra la vista. El argumento tiene varias lagunas. Las más importantes quizá sean el hecho de que su enemigo fuese condenado a una nave al espacio el mismo día que Cripton estalla (¿no hubiera sido mejor encerrarlo en el planeta y dejarlo morir puesto que todos los habitantes iban a morir también?). Otro tropiezo me parece el hecho de que Clark tuviese tanto reparo en mostrar sus poderes cuando siendo niño logra sacar un autobús sumergido en un lago, y ya mayor destroza un camión contra un poste, rescata a varios personas de un barco en llamas…. Aunque siempre huya después, ¿se ha expuesto suficiente no?

Como dato, me hubiese gustado verla en versión original para escuchar el acento americano del en realidad británico Henry Cavill.

Sin más, así que un 5,5.

Today I bring a new movie: the last one of Superman: Man of steel.It is quite old because it was performed for the first time in 2013. And also the new one is going to be released very soon.

This movie is focused on the adulthood of Clark Kent (Superman played by Henry Cavill). This has to fight against an evil enemy who was born in the same planet that Superman, Cripton. This enemy pretends to destroy The Earth due to Cripton does not longer exist (Cripton was destroyed the very same day that Superman was sent to The Earth and he was the only survivor). Superman has to help and save the world one again and to do it he will expose his powers something that his earthly man asked him not to do.

Man of steel is just another science-fiction film. Doubtlessly the best of it is watching Henry Cavill as Superman. This is always a pleasure. The plot has some gaps. For example the evil enemy of Superman in this movie comes from Cripton and he was condemned and send away the same day that Cripton was destroyed ( it woud have been better if he had been locked in Cripton and had died there, wouldn’t it?). Also another gap, or at least that’s what I think, is the fact Clark doesn’t want to show his powers, but being just a kid saved a whole school bus from a lake where the bus had fallen into. And even when he was already adult, he destroyed a heavy truck and rescued a couple of persons caught in the crossfire.  Though he always flees afterwards, he has showed his powers enough right?

Just for the record, I would like to watch it once again to listen to the American accent of this British hero ( Henry Cavill was born in Jersey, UK).

So it’s a 5.5 this time.
